Your mission

  • Manage and answer Customer Support tickets in a timely manner, investigating reported technical issues, finding patterns and suggesting solutions to users
  • Identify customer needs and requirements by gathering and analysing customer feedback and requests, and sharing it internally to improve the product and/or establish better Customer Support practices
  • Test new features as part of our QA processes
  • Keep customers updated on changes to the product and new features

Your profile

  • C1 proficiency in English and German; knowledge of French or Italian is a Plus
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail
  • Problem-solving abilities and a curious, proactive mindset
  • Love to learn and share knowledge
  • Driven, reliable, good level of self-organisation, team player!
